Encouraging Participation

Rooted in identifying and embracing individual values, character strengths and constructive behaviors, our methods help educate while also encouraging clients to find more passion and purpose in their lives.

Through meaningful, thought-provoking, and at times challenging conversations, we build confidential and trusting relationships that help our clients feel comfortable and free to explore their true selves.

Prioritizing continual self-reflection, specific goal setting, and enhanced decision making skills, we help ground clients and support them as they map out their future pathways to success.

Encouraging participation with fun, insightful activities and utilizing a user-friendly, dynamic online platform, our clients are energized and connected during the entire coaching process.

Get to Know Fran

With my experience as a counselor and teacher, I found the transition to coaching a natural fit. I believe the youth of today are motivated and purpose driven, but at times struggle with making decisions aligned with their true selves. Ultimately, I am committed to helping all my clients 2 Thrive in all areas and aspects of their lives! In addition to certifications in life and happiness coaching, I also am trained in mindfulness education. When not coaching, I love spending time with family and friends, reading, walking, and hanging out with my two dogs.

Get to Know Kelly

As a school psychologist, school counselor and now life coach, creating positive environments where young people feel supported and heard is especially important to me. I believe nurturing curiosity can empower them to pursue their goals with purpose and determination. My enthusiasm for working with young people began during my years as a dance and tumbling instructor and led me to a career in education. Today, I continue to follow that passion both through coaching and parenting my three children! Together, our family enjoys playing board games and travel, especially to Disney :)

Kelly completed her coaching certification through the Youth Coaching Institute, LLC.

She has a Specialist in School Psychology from Nicholls State University and is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist.

She has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Louisville.

What Is Life Coaching?

“Unlocking people’s potential to maximize their own performance.

It is helping them to learn rather than teaching them.”

(Whitmore, 2009)

Coaches and therapists share a common goal- to enhance well-being and outcomes. Both provide safe places to be listened to and heard while offering non-judgmental support.
